So what can Sparky do?
• Offer product suggestions based on customer needs or context
• Summarize product reviews to help customers decide faster
• Reorder items, plan themed events (like a unicorn party), and
scan your fridge to suggest recipes based on what’s inside

Sparky shifts the experience from traditional browsing to guided, conversational shopping, becoming the gateway to Walmart’s e-commerce ecosystem.

Why should marketers pay attention?

Walmart plans for 50% of sales to be online within five years, with Sparky driving that shift.

• AI agents are becoming the new entry point to digital shopping
• Discovery now happens through conversations, not just search or ads
