David Rice

Dr. David Rice is Associate Professor of Marketing at the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, Canada. He has published extensively in scholarly journals and has presented his research at conferences in over 20 countries. Over the past 35 years, Dr. Rice has provided market research services and consulting to both Fortune 100 and 500 companies. His consulting experience includes successful market research projects for Microsoft, Intel, Dell, Procter & Gamble, General Mills, Ford Motor Company, Eli Lilly, Canon and the World Bank.
Dr. Rice was the Founder and President of SurveySite Market Research in Toronto. SurveySite was one of the early companies conducting online market research. SurveySite was sold to ComScore in 2003. Today, Dr. Rice continues to teach and offer market research consulting services to companies in Canada and Worldwide.
Martin Waxman

Martin Waxman, MCM, APR, writes a popular Digital Marketing Trends newsletter, conducts AI research and leads digital and AI training workshops. He’s a LinkedIn Learning instructor, adjunct professor at the York Schulich School of Business and associate director of the Future of Marketing Institute.
Martin also co-founded two agencies, is president of a consultancy and a member of the Institute for Public Relations Digital Media Research Center. He regularly speaks at events across North America. Martin received the Institute for Public Relations Best Master’s Thesis Award in 2019 and the Canadian Public Relations Society’s Outstanding Achievement in PR Award in 2020. He has a Master of Communications Management from McMaster-Syracuse Universities.

Elma Antimano, an R&D leader with 25 years of experience, is pursuing a Master of Marketing at the Schulich School of Business. Previously, she held key roles at major firms like Procter & Gamble and Mondelez International, working in various product categories across the Philippines, Japan, the UK, and Singapore. Elma specializes in turning consumer insights into product innovations and leading diverse teams in research and development. Her enrollment in the Master of Marketing program reflects her commitment to integrating marketing strategies with R&D, further enhancing her leadership in innovative, market-leading projects.

Rddhi Chhabra is a recent graduate of the Masters of Marketing program from the Schulich School of Business (MMKG '23). She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Toronto and is a PMI certified Project Manager. She has extensive experience in stakeholder, resource, scope, change and event management in the nonprofit sector. She decided to pursue Marketing to gain the tools to analyze why and when people see value to help them achieve the same.

She graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2020 with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours (Co-operative) Degree and a Minor in French. Alexandra has professional experience in various aspects of the marketing industry through her previous employment with both a boutique marketing agency and a digital marketing agency. She is passionate about the creative, psychological, and analytical aspects of marketing, and aims to never stop exploring the ever-evolving marketing landscape.

Carla Jacobs is a recent graduate of the Masters of Marketing program from the Schulich School of Business (MMKG '23). She has earned a joint bachelor’s degree in Design from York University and Sheridan College (YSDN ‘22), and has professional experience in the fields of graphic design, large scale textile production, design research, Arts Service Organization marketing, and brand strategy. Carla has a passion for creative problem solving, and recently started working as a Junior Strategist on the McDonald’s team at Cossette.

Vincent Kwong is a Master of Marketing (MMKG) candidate at the Schulich School of Business. Before Schulich, Vincent worked in market research and planning on both client and agency sides. He has extensive experience working with companies in the consumer goods sector such as Diageo, McDonald's, PepsiCo and Estee Lauder. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
