1. Build credibility with evidence.
Genuine reviews, expert mentions, and other forms of third-party validation all feed the information AI uses. Internally, make sure your brand’s content is evidence-based, detailed, and easy for AI to interpret.
2. Understand what’s driving negative sentiment.
Identify the queries driving negative sentiment or causing AI to overlook your brand. Is it a narrative you can change by editing or creating new content? Or is it pointing to a deeper change your brand needs to take?
