The report includes key projections including predicting that the lion’s share of the benefits of generative AI – approximately 75% – is concentrated in key areas such as customer operations, marketing and sales, software engineering, and R&D. Additionally, the power of current generative AI technologies could be harnessed to automate tasks that currently occupy 60-70% of employees’ working hours.
