📌 Putting Brands on the Map: Google’s New Geospatial AR Features
Google is releasing new AR features in Maps to offer users immersive experiences by overlaying digital content onto real-world locations.
🗺Updates to Adobe Aero’s Geospatial Creator will make it easier for creators and developers to produce AR content – and Google is working to ensure it gets shown to the right audience.
🤳Users can view geospatial content from their phones using the Street View or Lens modes in Maps, allowing AR content to be enjoyed both at the location and remotely.
So, what does this look like in action?

🔎 Marketers can use geospatial AR to provide interactive tours of destinations, offer previews of live events, and showcase products or services in situational contexts for exciting storytelling experiences and improved brand visibility.
