He touches on topics like NFT opportunities, the inner mechanics and workings of the metaverse, and how this innovative technology comes together. Specifically, Seggers names three main NFT opportunities for brands. The first is membership, where companies use NFTs as access tokens for events and experiences. They would be the membership cards of this new, virtual world, allowing owners to prove their membership to exclusive communities and enjoy benefits. The second use for NFTs would be collectables, while the last is virtual goods. The latter is especially important. The more time we spend in virtual worlds with avatars, the more the demand for virtual goods grows.
The metaverse is only expanding, merging virtual and physical worlds and employing technology like augmented and virtual reality and 3D holograms. With this expansion comes the need for all things virtual: fashion, goods, land, and estate. This digital revolution offers brands the ideal chance to innovate and create.
